• Trunk uplinks back to core switch; VLANs tagged.

• TrueNAS NFS mounts (e.g., /mnt/media, /mnt/backups).
• Local ZFS pool(s) for hot workloads.

Tips

• Keep node time in sync (NTP).
• Use cloud-init templates for VMs to speed provisioning.
